WHY ARE HEY IMPORTANT ??
WHAT EFFECT DO THEY HAVE ON OUR EVERY DAY LIVING ???
DOSE EVERY ONE HAVE CHAKRAS ???
IF WE ALL HAVE CHAKRAS WHERE ARE THEY !!!
Chakras are a very important part of our body functions, they are also referred to as spinning wheels, I prefer to call them energy centres. If our energy centres don’t spin at our normal ratio ( every one’s ration is vastly different, some spin slowly some spin fast, some middle of the road) we can feel dis comfort as in headaches, pain, back ache.
The only way the body can tell you it is feeling discomfort is by causing you pain. These pain areas are connected to a CHAKRA in the body.
Every human being has CHAKRAS in their body
There are seven CHAKRAs in the body there are also some above the body and some below the body, there are also minor chakras in the body, but the most important part are the seven chakras that run our body
Our bodies mainly run on emotions, that is what makes us human and unique.

2010 the ramped year of depression
We have really stepped into this new year, and every thing is moving a lot faster than expected. By the year 2012 we are meant to get a big shift in consciousness, well guess what the shift has come already.
More and more people are coming to me and are willing to learn about them selves, and learning how to heal them selves, they want answers, about how and why they feel not so great inside.
Depression is ramped, and is not limited to one age group. Young, old, and in the middle, even the very young are affected by depression. Depression can be caused by many different things, but what I see are a lot of very unhappy people, meaning they are not doing what makes their heart sing.
You can make all the excuses under the sun as to why you can not change your situation, but you can work towards a solution. Create what you want, work hard, in an honest and honorable way, stay focused, if you keep your focus an opening will come.
Fun and laughter always helps, even a walk in the park, fresh air, a walk along the beach.
You have a choice, choose to be happy, choose to be positive
Depression mainly has to do with the Heart CHAKRA, when you are not feeling happy inside and when the heart does not sing, the heart feels sad or depressed. The whole body feels the effects of depression, it effects every part of our existence, from getting up in the morning, going to work, being able to concentrate, do our day to day chors.
Sometimes being able to break the cycle, and do something different, to make yourself feel better can bring about a change in your life. If you keep doing what you have always done you will get what you have always got. Embrace change it will happen anyway.
